Resilience isn't built in a single training. It's built in small moments, practiced consistently over time. This toolkit gives you everything you need to understand how your mind works under stress – and to start building habits that stick. This toolkit is intended to be a resource for your immediate families as well, so please feel free to share it with them!

What's Inside

CORE TRAININGS
90-minute deep dives into the neuroscience of stress, focus, and resilience. Watch in sequence (beginning with PRESENCE) or jump to what feels most relevant to you right now. If you have questions, submit them in the Questions tab. We're here for coaching, support, and anything else you need!

RESILIENCE HUDDLES
Short 15-minute sessions designed to give your mind a true reset. Perfect for a quick recharge between meetings or a busy workday. These sessions will also help you integrate and deepen the material from the core trainings.

QUICK TOOLS + RESOURCES
Just like exercise, a few minutes of mental training can change your entire day (and life!). All of the tools in this toolkit are designed to compliment the Core Training material and help you pause + reset throughout your day. Only have 4 minutes? Queue up a Resilience Boost. Starting a stressful meeting? Use a 3-min Meeting Starter. Want to pause with your kiddos? Try one of these guided exercises.

How To Use This Toolkit

Understanding how your brain works can unlock its potential. Every one of these resources will help you better understand how your mind works, reduce physical and mental stress, and create space so you can show up as the best, healthiest version of yourself.

Don't try to do it all at once. We recommend blocking off 5-10 minutes each day to explore the toolkit and try a new practice or reading. Our main Pause motto is small moments, many timesThis is how you change habits and rewire your brain. Go gently, follow your inspiration, and stay curious!
